GH for Mother Earth: A Bold and Continuous Progress

9/3/2025

For one (1) year and three (3) months, Greater Heights has been actively participating in the “Trash to Cashback Program” of the Quezon City Government.

The third quarter of 2025 brought heavy rainfall to some parts of the Philippines, particularly in Metro Manila. Severe flash floods gushed over the streets, leaving up to knee deep water! Moreover, frequent class and government work suspensions were declared by the Department of Local and Interior Government (DILG), resulting in decreased learning opportunities for learners and interrupted public access to government services respectively.

As stewards of God’s Creation, this is how we truly demonstrate our love for the environment. We put faith into action by practicing regular waste segregation in Greater Heights Headquarters!

We see the direct link between improper waste and the devastating floods that endanger our communities. This initiative is our united response: families collect and segregate recyclables at the church to protect our homes, clear drainage systems, and prevent future disasters.

Transforming trash into a blessing means a cleaner environment, better health, and a safer world for the next generation.

This movement is built on responsibility, genuine care, and proactive hope. Together, we can turn small actions into a big impact!

Join us in this relevant environmental cause! Be part of a community that is committed not only to worship God but also to transform waste disposal into an opportunity for stewardship and sustainability!

Again, we say: The advocacy to protect and preserve Mother Earth needs real action. This is our God-given Environment! This is our inheritance!

GREATER HEIGHTS CHAMPION TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE NATURE WITH SOLID STEPS!
