The Quezon City Government and the People’s Council of Quezon City (PCQC)—Religious Sector conducted a capacity building at the Quezon City Experience (QCX) Mini Theater. The activity is in partnership with Greater Heights Christian Worship Center (GHCWC), Progress Through Empowerment Development and Advancement of Leaders (PEDAL), Philippine Chaplaincy Center International, and Council for the Restoration of Filipino Values (CRFV).
The development sessions were led by Apostle Samuel Molombe and Chaplain Juralyn Capsuyen, with the active participation of 109 soaring and emerging leaders.
